Book cover for Harper Collins

In 2016 I got the chance to work on my first book cover whilst working at Toby&Pete.

The cover was for 'Dividing Eden' by the New York Times bestselling author Joelle Charbonneau and published by Harper Collins. The main assets were kit bashed and optimised from existing assets. A Bifrost liquid Simulation was used for the dripping tar and the geometry was then tweaked using Zbrush. The scene was lit, textured and rendered in Maya using Renderman and the comp was finished in Photoshop. 

It's really great to see this out in the world and here's to many more book covers in the future!
