MuSIC Video - Creator and Director

This is a music video I was commissioned to create and direct for Club Tularosa. The track has a beautiful mix of marching rhythms and futuristic synth stabs that are bound together with a shaman chant throughout. The chant formed the basis of my inspiration for the video and I immediately wanted to try and represent the journey of an ancient pilgrim going on a vision quest. Influenced by ancient Ayahuasca ceremonies, Summoning Rituals and Chaos Magick, the story of this music video follows an ancient pilgrim as he summons the gods who he wishes to gain favour and wisdom from. As the ritual begins he falls through the spirit world deeper and deeper into his trip until he meets his spirit guide. The guide takes him deeper and when he is at the very depths of his journey the gods revela them selves in full, he finally gives up his idea of self and only then he is imbued with the wisdom of the gods.

It was great fun going high concept for this video and I loved creating the world and all the characters that lived in it. Special Thanks to Thomas Tennant and Alex Antonio for their help.
